7 am & all of my Norwegian neighbors are starting their day....
I awoke to the BRIGHT lights of the building crew working on my street.

The building crew had already started working on the new houses in the back... it has been about -20c all week... COLD & DARK but life goes on.

in 2010 I am going to try to make meals that do not start with TEX & end in Mex.
